• Removing personal property, documents, cash, jewelry, or other items that should not be hauled away.

Once an item is loaded and removed under the confirmed scope, recovery may not be possible. Customers should inspect all items before authorizing removal.

6. Scheduling, Delays, and Changes

Calls and texts may be accepted 24 hours a day, but that does not guarantee immediate or same-day pickup. Service timing is confirmed based on the job, crew availability, access, traffic, weather, equipment, disposal facilities, and other conditions.

If a customer needs to cancel, reschedule, or change the scope, the business should be contacted as soon as possible. Any cancellation, trip, wait-time, rescheduling, or change fees will apply only if they were communicated for that job or included in the applicable written terms.

7. Payment and Charges

Prices, deposits, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any job-specific charges are provided in the quote, invoice, or service agreement. The customer agrees to pay approved charges according to those terms.

Additional authorized work, undisclosed items, excess volume or weight, changed access conditions, special handling, or added disposal costs may result in a revised price. Applicable taxes or legally required charges may be added where required.
